Now, The Dumpling Wagon is currently serving weekly at her permanent homebase at Wayward Lane Brewing in Schoharie, NY. As well as continuing remote service for private booked events all over the east coast. Winter Operating hours are Thursday 4-8pm, Friday 2-8pm
Saturday 12-8pm and Sunday 12-6pm
In the future The Wagon will be making her return back to her regular neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Queens.

We are currently out of the city on a statewide Dumpling Tour and posted up at Wayward Lane Brewing in Schoharie, NY!
